Valdomiño Licor de Cilantro

Cilantro is an aromatic and medicinal herb liqueur unique in the world, elaborated following an ancient recipe introduced in 1877 by the Goianese Mr. Manuel Ozores and transmitted, since then, through generations. Recognized as originating in the town of Goian, in the Baixo Miño (Pontevedra), it has become a highly appreciated digestive in our gastronomy due to the differentiated characteristics in terms of aroma, color and taste given by the maceration of coriander seeds and other herbs in Aguardiente de Orujo.

The PAZO DE VALDOMIÑO distillery took care of continuing and respecting the family tradition, adapting to the new times and making this unique and sublime liqueur with the same care and attention.
