VERMUT ATAMAN is a sweet liqueur produced by Bodegas Barbadillo in the D.O. Jerez-Xérès-Sherry and Manzanilla.
An extraordinary classic vermouth that has been kept in sherry casks in the Sanlúcar winery for almost five decades and which has been splendidly preserved thanks to the care of the oenologist Montse Molina. Armando Guerra's insistence has made it see the light of day through the Atamán project. A historical infused and spicy wine that any great wine lover should know and, of course, drink. Limited production of 250 bottles.
TASTING NOTE
One of the best vermouths that can be tasted today. Although it has sweet notes, it stands out for its prodigious bitter touches that make it never tiresome. Beware of getting drunk because it is very easy to drink.
FOOD PAIRING
Ideal as an aperitif before a meal or to accompany tapas of all kinds.
