At Blas Muñoz, they believed in Castilian white wines with packaging against all odds. This chardonnay is not only one of the best Castilian whites, it is one of the best Spanish chardonnays. Brave in concept, it shows all the fatty muscle of the variety without wanting to look like a Mademoiselle d'Avignon. Powerful, with a strong oak but without being obtrusive, it should be kept but should be drunk. Excellent with red meats in summer.
