TASTING NOTES
It has a beautiful bright yellow colour with golden tints. The nose is intense with fruity and citrus aromas, with notes of tropical fruits on a background of flowers, pineapple and hazelnut.
On the palate it stands out for its fruitiness, elegance, lightness and freshness.
FOOD PAIRING
It goes very well with sushi, tuna, fine shells, oysters, salt fish. Its nuances are very similar to those of Champagne. With its barrel ageing, it can even be served with grilled meat.
