Italo Cescon Il Tralcetto Merlot 2019
Italo Cescon Merlot “Il Tralcetto” which we allow to age for a precious nine months in French oak barrels, is a red wine with an intense colour with notable violet reflections and a dry, tannic and soft flavour, a good drink.
TASTING NOTES
Intense ruby red
Complex and characteristic, fruity and woody, with soft fruits aroma, spicy, tobacco and chocolate scents
A good harmony in which fine tannins and freshness give to palate the best shades of cherries, blackcurrant and licorice, with a very long and softly round end.
FOOD PAIRING
Fresh pastas with meat sauce, duck in orange sauce, roasted calf, semi hard cheese.
