At Casa Pablo we offer more than 3,000 national and international varieties of the following range of drinks:

What are the opening and closing hours of Casa Pablo?
The Casa Pablo store is open from Tuesday to Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. It is closed on Sundays, Mondays and holidays (this schedule is subject to possible changes).
The online store is available 24/7, but shipments are subject to business hours outside of Casa Pablo.
What payment methods do you accept at Casa Pablo?
You can make your purchases in cash (only in euros), by bank transfer or with bank credit and debit cards. Cash on delivery payments can also be made, but only available for shipments in Marbella.
Accepted cards are Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Does Casa Pablo ship? How much are the shipping costs?
Casa Pablo only ships to the entire national territory, except for the Canary Islands and the autonomous cities of Ceuta and Melilla.

Can I place a special order or import with Casa Pablo if I cannot find the product I am looking for?
Yes, we can place orders and imports for individuals and send them to you, as long as the product is available and accessible to Casa Pablo. Check with our team for more details.
Can I make reservations at Casa Pablo?
Yes, you can make product reservations at Casa Pablo for free, but they will be canceled within 5 business days from the moment of the reservation if the product is not purchased or collected.
Reservations are only available for purchase and in-store pickup.
Are there vouchers or gift cards at Casa Pablo?
Yes, we offer this purchase option [without expiration/with a CIFRA expiration from the exact date and time of its validation]. Additionally, our gift cards are impersonal and transferable.

Can I buy at Casa Pablo if I am a minor?
Yes, but you can only buy products without alcoholic content. Only those over 18 years of age can purchase beverages and alcoholic products. For online or telephone purchases you must verify your age through an official document or instrument.
Can I participate in a tasting if I am a minor?
Yes, but you must be accompanied by an adult and you will not be able to consume drinks with alcoholic content during the event.
Can I make changes and returns at Casa Pablo? Is the price of the product refunded?
You have a period of [FIGURE] calendar days from the exact date and time of your purchase to make changes and returns. It is mandatory that the product retains its original packaging and has not been opened or consumed, in whole or in part. In addition, you must show the original purchase receipt at the time of processing, whether in paper or electronic.
For remote returns, you have 30 calendar days from receipt of the products to request their return, sending an email to email@example.com and specifying “Return” as the subject. The user must state the order number and the products they wish to return, as well as photographs of the product and its defects, in case a return is requested for this reason. Transportation costs resulting from the return will be borne by the user.
For returns, we only refund the price paid for the product (shown on the receipt) through the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
In product changes you must pay the difference in value if it is made for a higher priced product. In the case of exchanging for a lower priced product, Casa Pablo does not refund the difference.
I am HORECA or I have contracted the event service. Can I make changes and returns? Are they refundable?
Yes. You can also make exchanges and returns as a wholesale customer, with the same conditions and deadlines as final customers. It is mandatory that the order retains its original packaging and that it has not been opened or consumed, in whole or in part. In addition, you must show the original invoice for the order at the time of processing, whether in paper or electronic form.
Do I have to pay for the assistance of a sommelier?
No. Our team of experts will help you free of charge during your purchases and in-store visits, as well as during your questions by phone, email or social networks.
What is the maximum number of people that can participate in a tasting?
For both Casa Pablo’s open and private tastings, the maximum possible capacity for each tasting is [CIFRA] people.
