Soleón is a complex and peculiar wine. The winery, in its eagerness to create a different combination, blends 3 varieties unknown in Spain with Cabernet Franc as the protagonist.
The result is a very expressive, complex wine, full of red fruits and the characteristic balsamic notes of Ronda.
TASTING NOTES
A very elegant wine, expressive and full of red fruits (cherries and morello cherries), elegantly combined with soft floral notes provided by the Malbec and very fresh spicy notes provided by the Cabernet Franc.
It is very balsamic and mineral, which makes it a very complex and attractive wine.
In the mouth it is persistent and with a lot of tension, characteristic of the little touch given by the Petit Verdot.
