Domaines OTT Château de Selle 2022 harvested by hand, with an extremely selective triage of the grapes, with a very delicate pressing and aging in oak barrels, allows this wine to be known as "the finest rosé in the world", demonstrating that it is possible to make rosé from the Grands Crus. An appealing blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah and Mourvèdre.
In the interior, on the top of the limestone hills, the vineyard enjoys abundant sunshine. The proportion of stones in the soil is 40 to 50%; it is therefore an arid land which, despite the presence of a small amount of very fertile clays, offers low yields.
