TASTING NOTES

Bigarreau cherry red colour with violet rim, lively, intense, full of youth.
Nose
Medium-high intensity, frank, clean, with aromas of red fruit such as raspberries and wild strawberries, and black fruits such as blackberries and blueberries, liquorice. Floral, leafy forest, laurel. We perceive aromas of terroir and slate. Mineral and very balsamic.
Palate
It is frank, fresh and with weight of fruit. Persistent, long, with a well-balanced acidity. Spicy. The aftertaste is reminiscent of redcurrants and raspberries. Sweet, long and with a silky, subtle texture from the French oak and smooth tannins.
FOOD PAIRING
Semi-cured cheeses, stewed meats, roast lamb, small and big game, grilled meats.
