TASTING NOTES
View
A clean, bright and transparent pale yellow colour with greenish tones and with an intense and persistent tear.
Nose
Very varietal, with good intensity and fruity character, with notable aromas of green apple, pear, melon, tropical fruits, mango, pineapple and lemon, together with secondary notes of vanilla typical of the variety.
Mouth
Structured, fresh, powerful and balanced white. Slightly oily due to its ageing on lees, enveloping and with well-integrated acidity, citrus notes and a mineral and even saline touch. Fruity retronasal and long aftertaste.
