The combination of an extreme climate, pre-phylloxera vineyards up to 200 years old and the good work and experience that the Alma Carraovejas group, owner of Ossian, possesses, manages to give birth to a different Verdejo. In this 2022 harvest, the result of an extreme climatic year, Ossian maintains its already characteristic elegance and freshness, to which is added a surprising delicacy and a long, restful finish with which the authentic character of the variety in Segovian lands appears again.

Nose
Dominated by aromas of dried herbs, withered flowers, stone fruit, ripe fruit and phosphorus.
Mouth
White of surprising delicacy and great length that culminates in a rested finish where the character of authentic Verdejo appears again.
