This iconic sparkling wine boasts an aging period of over 50 months, offering a radiant aromatic profile and a creamy, fine mousse. A symbol of elegance and part of the Corpinnat brand, it possesses remarkable versatility, perfectly complementing lunches and dinners from start to finish.

The winery is deeply committed to biodynamic practices. Imperial is the result of blending grapes from various family plots and from Alliances per la Terra, a pro-biodynamic association in the Penedès region led by Gramona.
