Absolut Elyx is the premium vodka in the Absolut range. Produced using a completely traditional method, it is distilled by hand in copper stills dating from 1921 using winter wheat grown on the Råbelöf estate, just south of Sweden. This Swedish estate has been growing winter wheat since the 15th century and enjoys an ideal climate for producing the finest winter wheat.
