Barajas Tequila Tasting:

The complexity of Barajas Tequila can be divided into three imaginary regions of the glass: the lower, middle, and upper.

Each region contributes its unique notes and flavors derived from the tequila-making process. The first notes that appear at the top of the glass are those from our barrels, followed by floral notes from fermentation, and finished with subtle agave notes. To reach each region, it is necessary to swirl the glass 45 degrees.
