It comes from white wines of the Parellada variety, distilled in copper stills, in a slow and sophisticated artisan process.
It has been aged in the best American oak barrels, undergoing a long ageing process and enriched with the wood and sweet spices provided by the best soleras.
It is blended with super old brandies, older than those normally used in the world's most sought-after VSOPs. It is complex, majestic, with a lingering finish in which fine notes typical of the Mediterranean appear.
