Ojo de Tigre refers to the semi-precious stone that is mainly considered a good luck charm.
It is made and elaborated in Oxaca Mexico. The selected magueys are cooked in conical stone ovens under the open sky. They are fermented naturally in oak vats and distilled in copper stills. The notes of caramel and dried fruits stand out, contrasting with the herbal freshness of the tobalá.
