Tequila Cruzplata Reposado made from Tequilana Weber blue agave grown in the sun for at least 6 years near the foothills of the Colima volcano in Jalisco, Mexico.
Organic aerobic fermentation, the tanks are uncovered and oxygen and bacteria help the process and make it more natural. In our case we have citrus trees near the tanks which give it a particular aroma.
The double distillation is done in a plant near the Colima volcano in Sayula. The Tequila obtained is aged in new American oak barrels. It is a Premium Tequila with the typical Agave aromas, but softened by hints of toasted wood.
