The Macallan Harmony Collection Amber Meadow

Created in collaboration with Stella and Mary McCartney to celebrate the exuberance and fertility of the lands of Scotland. It is the third edition of this collection where recycling is the basis of it. This whiskey is the deep commitment of The Macallan with the land, and the love of the two sisters with the abundant Scottish green.

This partnership marks the first time the two sisters have worked together. This collaboration has allowed them to remember a part of their childhood in Scotland where they spent precious time together with their family. The name Amber Meadow originates from memories of summer days in the amber fields on their family farm in the Scottish countryside;

To create this edition, meadow cuttings have been discarded and given a new life inside the presentation box and on the bottle labels. They have been inspired by natural ingredients and it shows when tasting the product, which is very reminiscent of warm meadows and ripe barley fields with a rich citrus-scented finish.
