UNDONE Not Whisky – American Blend 0% is an alcohol-free alternative designed to recreate the style of a blended American whiskey, inspired by smooth, slightly sweet profiles with oak notes.

It is made using a dealcoholization process of real distillates, followed by aromatic reconstruction with natural botanicals, aiming to reproduce the sensation of whiskey in cocktails without the alcohol content.
