Armand de Brignac Gold Brut was the first cuvée introduced into the portfolio and is the flagship.
The ambition of the Cattier family during the New Year celebration in Chigny-les-Roses was to create the finest prestige cuvée for the 21st century, while still reflecting the rich winemaking traditions in Champagne.
It is in this way that the mastery of blending vintages, terroirs and grape varieties become the essence of the Armand de Brignac philosophy.
TASTING NOTES
Aromas of peach, apricot and berries followed by candied citrus, orange blossom and hints of brioche. Unctuous on the palate with exotic fruit and cherry flavours and hints of lemon, vanilla and honey.
FOOD PAIRING
Ideal as an aperitif, but also the perfect accompaniment to seared scallops, roast quail and freshwater fish.
