PALMER LA RESERVE BRUT Magnum

Palmer & Co's La Réserve Brut is the house's flagship cuvée, crafted from a carefully selected range of Premier and Grand Cru vineyards in the Montagne de Reims. Its blend combines Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Meunier, with a high percentage of reserve wines (30–35%), which lends depth, complexity, and consistency.

TASTING NOTES

Appearance:

Bright pale yellow color with fine, persistent, and elegant bubbles.

Nose:

Delicate and complex aromas of citrus, pear, and apricot, accompanied by notes of hazelnut, bread, and brioche from aging.

Palate:

A fresh and enveloping entry, with good structure and a creamy texture. It stands out for its balance between freshness and volume, with flavors of ripe fruit, toasty nuances, and a slightly mineral background. A long, elegant, and persistent finish with great precision.
