Champagne Paul Dethune Extra Brut Grand Cru is a sparkling wine made exclusively from Grand Cru grapes from the Champagne region of France. This champagne is a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, which give it a unique complexity and balance.
It is characterized by its pale golden color with greenish glints, a fine and persistent bubble and an intense and elegant aroma of ripe fruits, brioche and toasted notes. The palate is dry and very fresh, with balanced acidity and a creamy texture.
Paul Dethune's Extra Brut Grand Cru is a high-end champagne of great elegance and complexity, ideal to accompany appetizers, seafood and fine fish, as well as fresh fruit desserts. In addition, its low sugar content makes it a perfect choice for those who prefer less sweet and drier wines.
