Wine from a historic vineyard, Vinya dels Fòssils, whose geology and microclimate allow it to rival the most prestigious sparkling wines. Marine fossils characterise the structure and composition of the soil, with carbonates that give this highly expressive wine its maximum typicity. Biodynamic viticulture and a minimum ageing period of two and a half years in racks. An extremely dry vintage that resulted in a classic and exceptional harvest.
