An elegant wine with a lot of personality, one of those that when you uncork the bottle you are preparing the next one.
TASTING NOTES
APPEARANCE: Bright ruby red color with medium depth, clean.
NOSE: Intense and complex with aromas of black fruits, such as blackberries and blueberries, and scrubland (lavender, dill, rosemary). There are also notes of balsamic wood that evolves towards sweet spices, such as vanilla, coconut, clove and chocolate.
Mouth: Shows personality and character. Balsamic and menthol elements that enhance the flavors of black fruit compote (maraschino). The finish is long with slightly bitter oak aging notes (cocoa, coffee) that cleanse the mouth and invite further drinking.
