Appearance
Medium-high cherry color.
Nose
Complex, with predominant aromas of red fruit, notes of wildflowers, spices, and balsamic wood.
Palm
Flavorful, with freshness and well-balanced acidity. Very pleasant and structured mid-palate. It has a medium-high persistence with a pleasant, varietal aftertaste.
Pairing
Meat rice dishes, white meats with sauce, grilled red meats, roast lamb, cured meats, lightly seasoned salads, beef burgers, grilled vegetables, wok dishes, pâtés, bluefish, cheeses, and risotto.
