TASTING NOTES
APPEARANCE: Bright purple with violet tones, fresh and vibrant.
NOSE: Red fruits (raspberry, cherry, strawberry) and a floral hint of violet, with nuances of cinnamon and white pepper.
MOUTH: Light and silky, with balanced acidity. Flavours of raspberry and cherry, and a slightly spicy and sweet finish.
PAIRING: Ideal with appetisers, cold meats, mild cheeses and tapas.
