Origin and Vineyard: Côtes de Provence. This cuvée comes exclusively from 160 hectares of our own vineyards in Gassin, Ramatuelle, and Vidauban, on slopes with shale, clay, and sand soils, with sustainable cultivation and manual harvesting.

TASTING NOTES
Nose:
An aromatic explosion that progresses from white-fleshed fruits to exotic notes (lime, grapefruit, pink melon).
Palate:
The palate is complex, spherical, saline, and very fresh, with a silky texture, vibrant acidity, and marked minerality, giving it a sparkling and very balanced sensation.
