Only carefully selected Tempranillo grapes from three different estates were used by the Díaz Bayo family to make this wine. After 15 months in barrel, it reveals a fruity nose with hints of black fruit, cocoa, and licorice. On the palate, it is savory, long, and pleasant.

High-rotation cherry color with a purple rim.
Nose
Concentrated black fruit (blackberry), balsamic and spicy notes, combined with notes of cocoa and licorice. Fruit and oak are perfectly integrated.
Mouth
Red with good acidity and an elegant finish.
