Enate's rosé is made exclusively from Cabernet Sauvignon from its vineyards, which is macerated with the skins until the wine is bled to obtain its color. This is a wine with the soul of a white and the body of a red, designed to play and win, according to the winemaker's own impressions. We recommend pairing it with dishes such as pasta or poultry.

TASTING NOTES
Nose
Intense, with aromas of blueberry, raspberry, and pepper.
Palate
Fleshy and full. Its balanced acidity makes it lively and lively. Very good development, with a long, flavorful finish in which the varietal aromas stand out.
