Friends Juan Muñoz, a winemaker from Malaga, and the Valencian winemaker Vicente Inat, learned about this new project of very special whites in the Axarquía region of Malaga a few years ago. A very unique wine, due in part to its aging in a century-old cask used to age brandy.

TASTING NOTES
Appearance
Pale yellow color with golden highlights.
Nose
Intense and complex with notes of white flowers, stone fruits, almonds, and a very mineral note.
Palm
Round and persistent with good acidity and a salty finish.
