Finca La Colina Verdejo 2025 is a single varietal white wine made from old Verdejo vines located in the most emblematic estate of Vinos Sanz, in the heart of the Rueda appellation. Grown in stony soils poor in organic matter, this wine reflects the pure character of the terroir and the variety, combining tradition and precision in its vinification.

WINE NOTE

Appearance:

Straw yellow color with greenish reflections, clean and bright. It shows youth and visual freshness.

Nose:

Intense and complex aroma, dominated by white fruits (pear, apple) and citrus (grapefruit, lime). Elegant herbaceous notes such as fennel and anise are appreciated, along with floral touches and a subtle mineral background, characteristic of the stony soil where the grapes are grown.

Palate:

The palate is ample, silky and well-structured thanks to its aging on lees. It offers persistent flavors of fresh fruit, with a balanced acidity that brings liveliness and freshness. Long finish with the characteristic elegant bitterness of Verdejo, which adds personality and authenticity.
