A great reference to check the aging capacity of the Albariño grown in this case in the valley of Salnés, achieving a round profile and full of tension. This is a limited production white wine. In the words of its creator, Paula Fandiño, "it is the most special wine of the house and one of the finest and most desired in Spain. Its character is born in the estate and is impregnated with a unique singularity during the three years we take care of it in the winery".

VINEYARD AND WINEMAKING
To ensure an intense aromatic profile, a highly planned harvest was carried out on September 9, 2019. On that day all the bunches were picked and transferred to the winery in carefully placed crates.
