Only 2,000 bottles of this vintage fino are released onto the market. Instead of following the traditional Jerez ageing system in criaderas and soleras, this wine is aged using a static ageing process. Each drop reveals not only the unique notes of biological ageing, but also the character of the vineyard and the characteristics of the vintage. A fino of the highest quality, as elegant as it is gastronomic.
