Garrus 2024 comes from a single parcel of old, centuries-old Grenache and Rolle vines in the celebrated Côtes de Provence. Fermented and aged for about 11 months in large new French oak barrels (600 L), this high-end rosé reflects Sacha Lichine's vision of elevating rosés to the level of great wines.

TASTING NOTE
View
Very pale salmon pink with golden reflections. Very bright and crystalline, with pearly touches that show its refinement in oak.
Nose
It unfolds in layers: intense aromas of white fruit (pear, apple, peach), with floral (jasmine, orange blossom) and spicy notes. Vanilla, butter and nuts from the oak aging also appear.
Palate
Silky and creamy entry, balanced with vibrant acidity. Flavors of yellow fruit (glazed pear, pineapple, apricot), hints of citrus and mineral salinity that evoke the Mediterranean breeze. Dense and enveloping texture, with a long and spicy finish, reminiscent of white chocolate or roasted nuts.
