Time stands still when tasting Arínzano Pureza, the first expression of the Chardonnay Lab. This ambitious and meticulous project was born in 2021 with the aim of finding the ageing ejementos that best preserve the essence of the terroir. Pureza comes from the most faithful element to the Arínzano terroir: an 800-litre spherical concrete tank.
