Ibizkus Tinto Monastrell 2021 wine produced by Bodegas Ibizkus in the IGP VT Ibiza denomination.
100% Monastrell from 5 different plots with a total area of 3.2 ha. with sandy soil and very close to the sea, with 10 years of strict organic farming. Ungrafted vines of 60 - 90 years old.
A wine faithful to the variety and the vintage, respecting the customs, with special emphasis on cultivation.
TASTING NOTES
Medium ruby colour with violet reflections of youth. Predominant aromas of red fruit, butter, violets and damp forest with a fresh, agile and voluptuous palate.
