Our 100% Verdejo varietal, the flagship of the house, is made with grapes from vineyards owned by the family and from old vines of small winegrowers.
This allows us to assemble the complexity and diversity of the different soils of the Denomination of Origin. The area's continental climate, with its extreme temperatures, allows for slow aromatic ripening of the grapes while maintaining good acidity.
