In the 2018 Kai wine, its rim also shows a colorful transition to russet. When swirling the glass, this red wine reveals great density and fullness, which is reflected in clear church windows on the rim of the glass. The aroma of this Aconcagua red wine is determined by notes of all kinds of red and black berries and dark fruits such as black cherries and plums. The Errázuriz Kai Carmenére is wonderfully dry for the wine lover. This red is never coarse or sparse, but round and smooth. The finish of this red from the Aconcagua wine region is captivating, with a beautiful aftertaste.
After the harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by ripening.
