La Raspa is a very fragrant dry white that thanks to its drinkability and design promises to become a summer revelation. It is made mainly with Muscat of Alexandria, the queen variety of the Axarquia in Malaga, but in its blend there is also room for Doradilla, a native grape of the Sierras de Malaga that is subtle in aromas but in the mouth provides volume and very interesting saline touches. Both varieties come from a group of small plots where freshness prevails, and La Raspa is above all a toast to the Mediterranean, to tradition, to roots and to friendship.
