With this wine, Cortijo Los Aguilares seeks a particularly unique red from Ronda, produced under the Andalusian sun in mountain vineyards very close to the sea. Organic vines located at an altitude of 900 meters are used to produce this wine. A harmonious wine, dominated by well-harmonized balsamic and fruity notes.

Deep cherry with a garnet rim.
Nose
Noted for its notes of ripe fruit, balsamic notes, and spices.
Palm
Smooth, fresh, and very long. It also has excellent natural acidity.
