The 2023 Pavillon Rouge, which contains the highest proportion of Cabernet Sauvignon since 2016, opens in the glass with notes of sweet cherries and raspberries intermingled with rose, violet and a hint of tobacco. Medium-bodied, supple and lively, it is framed by powdery tannins that come through in a youthful, mineral finish.
