A foreign variety that has been adapted to the climate and soils of the area for decades, it produces a pleasant, easy-drinking wine.
The sauvignon blanc grape in Rueda offers more tropical and stone fruit aromas, which combine with minerality -brought by the limestone soils- and acidity.
As with the production of Menade Verdejo, we separate the grapes from the harvest, depending on the characteristics of the soil and the orientation of the plots from which they come.
