TASTING NOTES
Appearance:
Pale yellow color with greenish reflections, bright and clear.
Nose:
Fresh and delicate aromas of pear, green apple, and citrus, with soft floral notes and a very subtle vegetal touch.
Palate:
Light and refreshing on the entry, with good balanced acidity. White fruit and citrus flavors predominate, with a smooth texture and a very clean mouthfeel.
