This Pinot Grigio comes from vineyards located between 400 and 500 meters above sea level, in the municipalities of Appiano and Caldaro, in the south of South Tyrol (Italy). The grape harvest is carried out manually in mid- to late September. Fermentation and part of the malolactic fermentation take place in stainless steel tanks, thus preserving the varietal's freshness and purity.

Appearance:
Straw yellow with soft greenish hues
Nose:
Clear fruit aromas of pear and ripe apple.
