This white wine is how Bodegas Barbadillo sought to recover the ancient method of making Palomino Fino wines. A tribute to tradition that results in a deep, expressive wine with little-known notes and a nose and palate that evoke memories of biological aging, passing through pure albariza and old oak casks. Austere, powerful, and unclassifiable.
