Moncerbal is a Vino de Paraje that comes from a diaphanous and clear place with slate, quartz and marble soils. All the transparency of this environment flows delicately into the wine, giving it a splendid fluidity, a long finish, mineral sensations and a very interesting aromatic complexity.

The grapes come from the selection of the vineyards in the Moncerbal area located in the town of Corullón. Vineyard with an altitude of between 660 meters to 730 meters above sea level and 80% southwest and 20% northeast orientation.
