Mandolás, made from the Furmint grape variety, has evolved from its first vintage in 2000 to the 2021 vintage. A series of improvements have been made in all its processes, from the vineyard to its release to the market, coexisting in perfect harmony, the most modern winemaking with an ancestral tradition.
In the vineyard we have made a specific selection of plots with an appropriate planting density, taking great care of the grape maturity level, in order to obtain an optimal selection of golden, ripe and healthy clusters.
