The 2019 vintage of El Anejón conveys the uniqueness of the plot from which it comes. The terraces of Anejón rise above the valley, covered by the forest that protects them, in a terroir of unique characteristics. In its elaboration we find the three varieties of the plot: 95% of tinto fino, 3% of cabernet sauvignon and 2% of merlot. 9.43 hectares of vineyards with austere soils with a steep slope solved with terraces. Produced only in exceptional vintages. Anejon is harmony on the nose and elegance on the palate with a delicate mineral touch and a balsamic background; a vineyard from which a delicate and intense character emerges. Its floral perfume reflects the exceptional richness that hides the plot from which it comes.
