TASTING NOTES
Aromas of mocha and liquorice notes lead to a full-bodied Shiraz with juicy raspberry and dark plum flavours supported by spice from time in barrel. A silky soft finish, this wine can be cellared until 2026.
FOOD PAIRING
This rich and full-bodied wine deservedly complements the flavours of slow-roasted barbecued steak or braised meats.
