Description

The 2024 Santa Margherita Pinot Grigio is a dry white wine made from Pinot Grigio grapes grown in the Adige Valley, in the Italian Alps. Harvesting is done manually in the first half of September, and fermentation takes place without contact with the skins for 10-15 days at a controlled temperature of 18°C. The wine is then stored in stainless steel tanks at 15-16°C until bottling, preserving its freshness and fruity aromas.

TASTING NOTES

Appearance:

Pale yellow color with greenish hues, clean and bright.

Nose:

Intense and fresh aromas of Golden Delicious apple, with delicate citrus and floral notes.

Palm:

Dry and refreshing entry, with balanced acidity that provides liveliness. The palate is light and elegant, with a clean and persistent finish.
